• IP addresses (hashed for privacy - we cannot recover the original IP)

• Create and manage shortened URLs
• Provide click analytics and statistics
• Prevent abuse and enforce rate limits
• Improve our service

3. Data Protection

We take privacy seriously and implement the following measures:

• IP addresses are hashed using SHA-256 with a salt - the original IP cannot be recovered
• We do not track individual users across sessions
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties
• All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS

4. Cookies

Clyk does not use tracking cookies. We may use essential cookies for functionality purposes only.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Vercel - for hosting and edge delivery
• Supabase - for database storage

Each service has its own privacy policy that governs their data handling.

6. Data Retention

Shortened URLs and associated analytics are retained until the link is deactivated or deleted. We may remove inactive links after extended periods.

If you are in the EU, you have the right to:

• Access information we have about your links
• Request deletion of your shortened URLs
• Object to data processing
